Those who bought lever arms for their rack- glad you purchased?

Thinking that they might be useful for row and press variations. Maybe not crucial, but they look interesting in a garage set up.

For those who bought, do you get enough value and use from them, and which lifts do you tend to do the most?

I didn't care for them, they didn't live up to my expectations, perhaps I was expecting too much.

Was watching a video of Coop doing a walkthrough of his home gym and even he said the lever arms on his custom rack weren't particularly useful. I believe he said he kept them because they looked cool. If that guy can't justify lever arms, I doubt many can.

Good feedback, thanks. Repped. They look interesting but seem like kind of a novelty that wears off after a short while.

I think a landmine would be a lot cheaper and more versatile. I use mine almost every workout, for split squats, 1 Arm Press, Viking Press, and 1 Arm Rows.

So far, we really like our trolley arms. I haven’t used them as much as my wife and stepson but we all 3 use them at least a couple times a week.

They are not a must have but they are nice to have.
