    Post 5x5 on only compound exercises

    Hey! I’m 16 and trying to gain size (priority) and strength with it. I’m eating in a surplus but at the gym I’m not sure if it’s ok what I’m doing. I do ppl 6x week
    I was thinking on 2 options.
    Example:
    - PUSH A: Bench Press 5x5, Military Press 5x5 and then 2 more exercises for each muscle group in higher reps (10-12).

    - PUSH B (same week):
    - Bench Press 4x10 and Shoulder Press 3x10

    ITS OK? Like first Push/Pull/Leg Workout do for compounds 5x5 and then accessories for hypertrophy, And the next Push/Pull/Legs of the week do the same compounds but in higher reps (8-12) and then accesories for hypertrophy

    SHOULD I DO ONLY 5x5 ON COMPOUNDS OR ALTERNATE BETWEEN 5X5 AND 4x8-12?
