    Hi,

to cut the whole story in short.

I want to say that I want to know what other supplements might help me beside iron and pharmaton pills.

When I was running through my early 30s and just before the two prolonged injuries I got from 32 to 33, I was really happy and healthy but also I know that I needed more vitamins and proteins at that time.

The first injury is in my brain of consuming a lot of liquor that I suffer from it until this moment, I went to doctors and did an CT-scan but the doctor didn't notice anything and said I should just eat well that's it.

The second injury is in my back, now I don't know how many problems I have in my back but here are 2 pictures of my MRI in the attachments.

I caused of pulling a very heavy 3 in 1 washing machine.

I also started to play light weight lifting since my early 30s but with injury I lowered my sessions a lot to play it rarely to non for sometime.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------

Recently, I started to get back to some weight lifting, I play most of it in sitting position and a little standing.

I'm a regular coffee and cappuccino drinker but stopped smoking a long time ago.

Before weeks with drinking a lot of coffee I started to feel so weak and fatigued most the time but some time I feel good and excited.

But the last time I started to feel pain in my heart and low breathing energy and drinking coffee increased the problems, so I know that coffee affected my nutrition system.

I learned by reading some articles that I could have anemia, so I went to the pharmacy and asked for iron and he gave me iron protein succinylate, that are 15ml bottles and I drink one each day. The results are that my health got improved a lot even better than before months, I started to know why I was feeling weak and fatigue during my college work, because I drink a lot of coffee at work and at home, and just eat to eliminate hunger. Even drinking some fresh orange and some other fruits I prepare at home didn't help much.

Amway, I went to district government clinic and tested my pressure and sugar and told me I'm really fine and I don't have major problems so I knew I just lack of some serious vitamins.

I think also that I have some lack of potassium for drinking a lot of coffee.

I went to the pharmacy again and told him that I got improved from the iron supplement, and he also prescribed me a bottle of pharmaton.

Now I'm focusing on these two and I feel a lot of energy from the iron supplement. And I hope that pharmaton would help me too.

I now have really good weight lifting sessions in sitting position, and my muscles build up pretty tight in just few weeks and I'm really happy with this improvement.

I also do some jogging but not so much like once in couple weeks.

So now after all this story, what you should I do now beside taking the iron and the pharmaton ?

    You might have

    Dengue fever
Mange (we'd need scalp photos though)
    Heart issues
    Dietary deficiency
    CFS, FFS or BS
    Amoebic dysentery
    broken femur
Vitamin B deficiency (are you vegan)

Unfortunately I'm not a doctor so I am unqualified and incapable of telling you anything

I would also say that as much as I respect pharmacists and their opinions (these professionals don't get the recognition they deserve), a pharmacist cannot diagnose anything because they're not a doctor.

Anaemia needs a blood test and doctor to interpret before they can diagnosis, but a pharmacist might just want to sell you something. Maybe it's anaemia - maybe it's not

Please see an actual doctor again, general practitioner not specialist, and see what they think about fatigue. Get well soon!

Edit, not sure you should take both pharmaton (contains iron) and an iron supplement both at the same time (unless prescribed by a doctor) as you will probably exceed you RDA
