Just went for a run, beat my 1 mile time. Did a mile in 8 minutes and 12 seconds.

About to update the log soon but man today was a rough rough day for me physically. I had to fight my body off from constantly napping and going to sleep, it was rough as my work is high demand and I have a lot of meetings I have to be in on. As night came, I really wanted to just splurge on food and yet I managed to only be slightly over my caloric intake. My sleep schedule has been crap for a lot of this week but trying to get this train back on the road. Weighed myself and I am still at 189. I will let you guys know a week from now how that is but if it does not get to 187 or so then I think this is not where I want it to be and some big changes need to be made.

Saturday (August 29)
2404 calories total, went 300 calories over.
Breakfast was scrambled eggs and like 5 sausage links from Banquet. I call it more of a brunch though. I had a large slice of cheese and 1 large slice of pepperoni for dinner, 3 cans of Modelo to drink, and finished up the M&Ms package I had. Man the calories from beer add up.
Sunday (August 30)
Forgot to put something in without a doubt but had like 1,671 calories. Lost track of this day, ugh.
Monday (August 31)
2205 calories today.
Did go on a run the first thing in the morning though.
Breakfast is this new dish I work on which is granola, greek yogurt, and peanut butter.
Lunch was chicken breast with roasted chicken rice from Uncle Bens.
Dinner was a steak burrito I ordered.
Snacked on couple table spoons of Peanut Butter.
Today (September 1)
2180 calories today.
Breakfast was the same from yesterday.
Lunch was peanut butter wheat bread sandwich.
Dinner was a Chicken Cordon Bleu Panini I ordered since today was a ****show and I was spent.
Had small bag of baked lays for snack and then with panini I had a small bag of hot Cheetos.
Not ideal but my body was crashing today.

I will update the log with the last two days soon but man oh man oh man, I have fallen into a slump. The main issue for me this week has been getting sleep, insomnia is hitting hard as hell. Not cooking as much as I should be either which is messing me up but luckily I meal prepped just enough. The slump is so real this week though and it is all impacted by a lack of sleep. Still sticking to skipping breakfast though and that should help out a lot.

Wow, I cannot believe that it has been almost 10 days now and I have not updated this log. September has been off to a crazy start for me, insomnia just hit a lot harder than normal for starters. I've had nights where I get 2 hours of sleep, work the whole day, and then the next day I still cannot get any sleep at all. It is a unique case in its own and it only started in September. To make matters worse, I am eating out via Uber Eats and such too because I cannot wake up early enough to cook. Going to work on a fix over the weekend now, need to get this train back on the tracks. Updating log soon.

September 2
1837 calories, about 200 under what they have planned for me on MyFitnessPal.
September 3
2360 calories. About 260 over!
September 4
1518 calories
September 5
2460 calories
September 6
2080 calories
September 7
2010 calories
September 8
1918 calories
September 9
1622 calories
Weight as of right now.
I weighed myself nude this morning, I was at 187.8 so 188 really.
The other thing that sucks about September is that I have not had a chance to go on a run as I would have liked at all this week.

So the weekend was wild. Saturday night I finally got to go out to a friend's birthday and I went ham. Had a pizza and then 5 beers, came home and had like 8 white claws. My hangover is still borderline looming from that day. I am not sure why I even did it, tbh, I think I missed that feeling of being drunk and even later on the week right now I am having alcohol withdrawal symptoms. Been a tough one.
I had 5 beers and like 8 white claws, that is how bad the weekend was. I was also dehydrated before going out which no doubt played a role. Stupid stupid idea.
September has been a downward slide for me. Weighed myself today and weighed in at like 188 lbs. Not having the consistency I want to see and even took going for runs out of the equation which has likely led to the stagnation. Eating about 2 meals a day so that might be helping me stay afloat instead of getting fat again.
What's been keeping me stressed the most is work though, it has been a lot more hectic than I would like in September so I am working at times from 8 AM in the morning to 8 PM at night.

Most of weight gained from the binge will be water, It'll straighten itself out just get back on track and try not to let the calorie slide become a mental slide.
Once you've got a couple of days of consistency under your belt again you'll feel a lot better !!
Good luckSomehow still managing to avoid getting 'too big'

So September has been a loss for me in terms of lifestyle. Have not tracked calories since September 10th and have mainly been under-eating I feel like. Not even working out like I used to because I have been sick or so for a week and then the following week getting back to the swing of it. Did go for a run over the weekend and oddly enough beat my time by just pushing through.
Work has been what has kept me up the most and kept me the busiest. September has been the most stressful month at work that I encountered but I got a lot squared away with my boss earlier this week.
I think I might just go on runs on weekdays but not time anything, definitely need to get it back.
Funny thing is according to the scale, I am 186 lbs so just barely eating much (1 to 2 meals a day max) has played somewhat of a role but clearly not a healthy lifestyle.

No wonder they made a song called Wake Me Up When September ends lol, been way off the grind. This past Sunday I just went to the local park to run and did not time myself, had to do something to get back on the track. Today, I post my mostly inaccurate caloric intake.
October 5th
1969 calories total.

Alright guys, I know I have not updated this thread in forever, does get to be a hassle when you are logging food daily and such and calories as well. In the past two days, I have kind of been binge drinking due to some partying and finally getting a break. Still, progress has come and I am happy about that. These days when I weigh myself, I am typically in the 183-186 lbs range. I am usually in my boxers or nude when I weigh myself though and I do so after using the restroom first thing in the morning.
Gyms in my area are on lockdown so I am looking into investing into a good set of workout bands. Main exercise has been cardio so far.

Been falling off track a bit and not counting calories as much but most days, I have 2 meals max. Breakfast is usually, almost always really, coffee.
Weighed myself for the past 3 to 5 days and have been getting 180 to 182 lbs. Down to this from 195 lbs when I started. Some progress but man I have to get back to it. I also traveled so quarantined till end of the week.
