I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial masque which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

I made one for winter: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showt...hp?t=177778501
Was actually going to make a new thread today on a new cream I tried. What's your question?

Sleep boyo, dat dere deep sleep.
You're good as long as you don't smoke routinely(sorry tokers)
Sunscreen is HUGELY misconstrued, you still tan with it applied, just slightly slower. It's also the best thing to put on a burn since it deeply moisturizes(thicc viscosity creams).
Avoid tanning beds at all costs, it's too easy to over do them. The UV exposure is far more concentrated compared to the sun.
All of this is 10x more applicable to females, that 3x combo will wreck their appearance in their 20's.

Yeah there was one.
Cliffs:
-Face cleanser
-Sunscreen (lots of)
- Retinol-A is the only thing proven to make a solid difference
everything else apparently is just a bonus, may make a 1% difference or something"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

You should also definitely cleanse and moisturise. Add regular cardio, a lot of water, and a healthy diet and I agree that is 90%.
Minimizing sun damage is key as you said I use a moisturiser with 30spf on the daily to to kill two birds with one stone.
Beyond that I've experimented with retinoids, red light therapy, and copper/collagen peptides. All worked very well. After a LOT of drinking, smoking and partying over a decade I have great skin at 31. I don't think there's anything effeminate about wanting to look your best, and if there is then I'm cool with being effeminate I guess.Gymnastics / Oly Lifting / BJJ / Kickboxing /

You got collagen supps like NeoCell that i've been sittin on...
Retinol A along with retinyl palmitate, and hydroxypinacolone retinoate help, but life extension sells a topical that has all 3 of them, but no reviews:/

I copped this one this week and was going to use it at night
Exfoliating wise I was just thinking of going with a soap for when i start, instead of the 7 products that come in a box for 70 bucks"You can train as hard as you want to, but without the right fuel supporting your training and recovery, you will never see the results that you should."-Iron Man
Oh by the way...Size f*cking matters, in everything. Don't believe the hype. Size f*cking matters. Size DOESN'T matter to people who don't have any size, that's why they're like "oh size doesn't matter". SIZE, GIRTH, THICKNESS, EVERYTHING. Its a game of inches in life..add up all those inches, Victory muthaf*cker!-Greg Plitt
