Except for 2, 6 & 7 (which are all in the garden) all of above fruits are on the kitchen counter, including nectarines. Raspberries, FYI, are more invasive than mint.
It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.

It's easy to not be afraid of tigers when you're sitting in your living room watching a television program about tigers. When you're in the jungle where the tigers are, it's quite a different story.

Kind of off-topic, and I apologize. But how long have you been gardening? And what is the overall cost like from buying, growing and harvesting vs. buying the produce?

A little late, but one of my friends started a garden this year and is loving it, still learning the in's and out's though. I have a feeling I would love it as well. Kind of late in the season now, but I'm wanting to get one going next year.

Pineapple, followed by either strawberries or watermelon. Always loved fruit, can eat way more of it than I probably should.

Yup. This one was particularly baffling because it's an extensive list but I really couldn't disagree with any of it or its order. As soon as I so that you put blueberries first followed by strawbs & bananas I was like "ok, let's see how close this is". Sure enough, it was 100% spot-on for mw. Matter-of-fact, I could pretty safely say that's more-or-less the order of how frequently I eat all of those individual fruits currently. I also eat avocados almost everyday, but it's really more of a vegetable in all the ways I eat it (with savory foods only).

Also, I miss the FFO so damn much!! It's strange how addicting that thing is. I literally miss it everyday lol

Recently discovered Golden Kiwifruit, just freaking amazing.

All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

Cost wise for most things, I have no idea. That's not really why I garden. However, I do know that a five pound bag of organic potatoes costs around $5 and produces over 100 lbs if everything goes well and a $2 bag of corn seeds results in a good 7 dozen corn and a couple of zucchini seeds will result in more zucchini that anyone can possibly eat. Taste wise, there is no comparison to fresh picked corn or tomatoes or anything you can pick and eat fresh.

Study up on companion planting and don't use chemicals. Go for quality over quantity.

    Raspberries for me!

I'm not much for the sweet palette, but I love the tart, sour flavor.

Same boat. The unique flavor of raspberries is amazeballs.

I usually have kiwis and whatever berries look good at Costco in the fridge as well. Pink grapefruit is great, especially when cold. Golden kiwis are awesome but dayum those things are sweet! For apples, Pink Lady all the way.

Almost forgot, adding dinosaur eggs to the list, co-worker brought them in and they were delicious, he gets them from his Mom who works at a packing plant.

"A new hybrid fruit commercially known as the "Dinosaur Egg," produced from the genetic cross between a plum and an apricot, is already being commercialized in Buenos Aires."
