Octopus is an awesome lean protein source and really good with vinegar and spices. Octopus salad with potato was my go-to lunch in Italy!

I don't eat any kinda sea food. I don't have anything against people that do, unless my food is cooked on a fish skillet or any cooking surface without being thoroughly cleaned before. Nothing like eating steak or chicken and it taste like fish. I am absolutely going to reject it and refuse payment.
