And yes he may have hsd a past history of run ins with the law and may have had drug problems but none of that equates to him having deserved what was done to him. It's more the fact that he yelled he couldn't breathe while he was in the car. This means Chauvin probably didn't murder him. It was wrong to knee him, but the dude probably died from whatever was preventing him from breathing before.

It does. When you're in your own car, you can get out whenever you feel like it; when you're being forced in a claustrophobic spot against your will, it gets exacerbated. This isn't really all that surprising, particularly since he was high af, which can induce anxiety.

People are forgetting one VERY VERY important thing. When you are about to be murdered and someone in close proximity wants to murder you, then you have an unimaginably powerful gut feeling that you are about to be murdered and your fight or flight response is incredibly strong at that moment. Tony Timpa also knew that he was going to be murdered. The 6th sense is incredibly strong in some people before they get murdered or killed. This is why many people don't get on a plane that crashes, etc.

Im pretty sure that when youre dying of an opiate overdose (you have so much in your system that your heart and lungs slow to a stop), youre high as fuk and passed out when it happens, not walking around buying lottery tickets or whatever and resisting arrest.

The amount of ******** in his system would give a non user problems, but im positive he had a tolerance (which is how he was able to go about his day even though he was dosed).

Anyways, being high and resisting arrest still doesnt justify being murdered by cops.

I believe this is correct. Mostly if you overdose on heroin or opiates youll be asleep when you stop breathing.
Not sure if having other drugs in your system could change that.
