Havent lifted for 6 months at all. Im pretty skinny fat now. Lost all ab definition, lose size etc.

My question is do i bulk or cut? I want to get back to aeound 12% bodyfat. I dont know where to start. I am skinner but i look like im 15-16% bodyfat

i feel like im fatter than when i started . Ive never started at a skinnyfat point, i was just skinny/lean before

just read about it. Sounds like it takes a lot of accuracy to work well and sometimes peoole just end up spinning their wheels. Im probably just gonna bulk and hope more myscle mass makes ne look significantly leaner

Recomp, muscle memory will allow you to regain at a decent rate and you should be able to drop fat.
