Havent lifted for 6 months at all. Im pretty skinny fat now. Lost all ab definition, lose size etc.
My question is do i bulk or cut? I want to get back to aeound 12% bodyfat. I dont know where to start. I am skinner but i look like im 15-16% bodyfat
