So I am 18 y/o, 6'1, and 135 ibs. I bulked about 8 months ago and gained 20 ibs in 3 months, I looked decent and gained a lot of strength. I ate a huge dirty surplus daily and my blood pressure skyrocketed from this, and my doctor scared me and I stopped bulking and lost 30 pounds in a few months.
Ive always been damn near anorexic and regret stopping my bulk but right now I am desperate to get back what I had and was wondering if I could get away with eating a 750-1000 cal surplus while only working out maybe twice a week. I am anorexic right now so fat isnt much of an issue, but I dont want to become skinny fat either, so I am just planning on doing bench and shoulder press twice a week. I dont want to work out too much because id have to eat a disgusting surplus to make up for my burned cals. Is this surplus too much? And should I work out more with this surplus? Thanks

You should only gain 2, max. 3 pounds per month. It takes about a 300 kcal surplus.
