    Thanks. Maybe it does spike it some. But some people say they get super horny after a heavy leg day and deadlift day. I don't have that happen...maybe I'm just low test lol

    I've always heard you should strive for a 2.5x bodyweight deadlift to be at a respectable weight, which would mean I'd have to lift a 460 deadlift to meet that standard lol at least I can do 2x.

    If you do your homework instead of just spewing what you read from one article.. you would know that the increase in test levels from lifting heavy squats and deads is temporary and won't make a huge difference in the long run. Any form of exercise not just squats and deadlifts will have a similar effect.
