Squat form. Knees caving?

Hi there guys.

I have been dealing with caving knees during squat. I also have had a few imballance issues in my glutes leading to issues in my medius. I have been working on this now and during heavy squatting I think my caving knees issues are gone. Can you check out and give opinion? For me the form looks good.

Can't tell much at all from that mate, need a side angle at hip height to see most of what might or might not be going on

Agree with above, preferably not tilted horizontally and with some lighting where you're not just a dark silhouette.

Also, squat checks are rare instances where it is acceptable to film in portrait.

Ait, I see your point. Doing legs on tuesdya, Im gonna get a better shot. I just thought it would be easier to see caving legs with a front view

It is, but even if they caved we would have no idea the reason without the whole picture

Well from what i can see, there isnt any knee caving and if anything squat looks easy and good.
