    Testo boosters and creatine

    Hello Guys,

I'm currently on a natural testo booster and I'm just wondering if I can take creatine as well as I've been given mixed messages.

some people say take it and other people say no as it will just be wasted.

    any thoughts??

    Thanks!
I'm pretty sure puberty was suppose to make me have more muscle and better looking. When is it suppose to occur?

Natural test boosters don't really do anything in terms of muscle gain but creatine actually has solid evidence for performance and hypertrophy improvements in many subjects. I don't see why you couldn't combine them (or just take the creatine).

The only thing you don't want to combine creatine with is another creatine product.

I've done creatine for years. It's one of the thing that I will take-- and it's inexpensive. I'm Skeptical about a T booster. I'd look at citrulline instead.
