    Bulking as a female teen boxer

    I am a 16 year old girl who currently weighs about 52-52kg at 5'5 and wants to get up to about 54kg on a bulk. However I am also an amateur boxer and need to fit in cardio with this. How should I make sure I get enough calories for a bulk and what should my training schedule be? Do i need to lift heavy weights or will hill sprints and punching the heavy bag and running build muscle?
