    Supplements do exactly what the name suggests. They are used to supplement your diet. Only supplements i would recommend is creatine and if you dont get much sun vitamin d. Everything else you should be getting from your diet

    As the name implies, supplements fill nutritional voids which solid foot cannot. That's why they're just that: supplements. They also help boost exercise performance.

    Multivitamin
    Creatine
    Fish Oil
    Vitamin D3
    Anything more than that is a waste of money in my opinion

    Get a good blood work done, and see if you have any deficiencies. No reason to live with a deficiency if it can be corrected.

    If you are an athlete, I believe whey protein, creatine, and citrulline will give you an advantage, that you won't have without them.

    I agree with these supplement recommendations. L-citrulline is legit for insane muscle pumps.
