I spend on all day on the phone with clients and I can tell you the most difficult accent to understand is the rural black South Georgia accent. Sounds like they're trying to speak English but without moving their jaw in any way. I can't really think of a well known person who represents this well...this is the white folks version https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rKujzXUMhZI black folks is even worse because it's a bit more guttural and they move the tongue less inside the mouth.
