Peak autism symptom = wearing a hat at the gym [ITT: wtf is this misc?]

Why are there *******s who wear hats and other headgear to the gym? Is the fluorescent lighting glaring for your eyes? Trying to hide bald spots from too much of dat dere celltech? Or are they just next-level autists who need to hide under their hat's brim and giant Beats headphones?

Like I feel grossed out even if I have to move my old gym clothes from the dirty laundry pile to the washer. I have no clue how some of these dudes where the same hats at the gym over and over.

and my head phones don't fall or shift as easily. on deadlifts they are easy to fall off but not as much with a cap on

Never understood hats to the gym. I'm bald and wear hats a lot for 2 reasons, I like them and they keep me from getting a sunburn on my head.

Idk about other places and hat etiquette but around here a ton of men wear baseball hats. I have thick ass hair and when I start sweating a hat helps keep the sweat out of my eyes.

I wear a hat almost every day if I don’t have a fresh haircut. That doesn’t change for the gym.

Only wear a hat maybe 5% of gym sessions.

Sometimes I'm too lazy to style my full, thick, godly hair so I'd rather throw on a hat. And my preference is to always look good in public, so I'd rather wear a hat than have undone, unkept hair.
