I'm tweaking my maximum calories from 2350 to 2200 as the last few days havent really lost anything although my strength is increasing so probably some recomping going on. Will be working out tonight. Will start fully logging my workouts from tomorrow as well

Still on f*cking spread! You shall be greened soon tho :P
Yeah sounds like you may have been recomping a little. Nice to get those strength gains. How long has weight been stagnant?
Personally I find it strangely harder to maintain a small deficit even though it would likely be more beneficial. I get too 'hungry' for fat loss (pardon the pun) and if I'm not careful, the closer to lean I get the more aggressive I get which is exactly not what I want. It usually ends up with me bouncing between losing 2lbs over like 4 days, then gaining one back, rinse repeat.

About 4 days. just slightly tweaking it to get a downward trend while still being able to increase strength in the gym. Your way could work very well especially if you kept alot of your calories and carbs for workout days. I'm also wanting a good idea of my tdee by the end of this cut so I can transition into a sensible bulk after. I'll be getting you another green in about 8 days lol

Yeah i thought it was that whoosh people talk about. Ideally i would have had a chicken tikka massala but all that cream would have had me over my calories for sure lol. Yeh im loving deadlifting. Looking forward to when i can eat in a surplus and get it right up. Goal of this cut is to keep increasing my strength as much as possible in my compounds to give me the best base i can to bulk from. Is your back totally fkd or do you think you'll get back to being able to deadlift?

Back has been f*cked for about 2 years. Am kindof rehabbing it at the moment with some physio exercises and some VERY light lifting.
Currently doing dorian deadlifts at a pretty light weight (around 57kg) to get the blood moving through the muscle and re-learn the movement painlessly with alot of time under tension. Got a long way to go however. My deadlift was never really strong but wasn't too bad.
Also doing squats at the same weight and working my way back up (my squat has always been ****e though). Am constantly nervous though as I did this 're-build' before but everything just snapped again when I reached around 70kg so am worried that will happen again. However am doing various things to strengthen smaller muscle groups in that area so hopefully will be ok
EDIT: Tikka was the better option cals wise but hnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng at tikka masala
