Hey man you're a machine
Keep coming back to your log and just seeing relentless, unstoppable fat loss. Consistency is key
I actually stopped doing deadlifts too. Figured RDL and squat was doing enough. Deadlift on top is just risking my back
Also wider stance squat ftw

I'm very tempted to now eat around maintenance and see if I can increase my lifts and turn this thread into a workout progress thread. I'll still keep it in this fat loss thread because essentially I'll be still aiming to lose fat while maintaining weight. You guys think this could work doing a recomp for a few month?

Thanks mate I appreciate the reply I'm going to go get my lifts up now by increasing calories. Start with maintenance see how that goes and possibly go into a slight surplus if needed. I always knew I'd have to do several bulk and cut cycles to get where I want to and eating a bit more and being able to increase my lifts will give me more motivation. Might bulk slowly back up to my starting weight of 196 and then I can compare the 2 pictures and then cut back down to 180 again. I'll just eat the same things I was on the cut but more of it. Probably more carbs such as oats and a bit fruit to fuel my workouts
