Haha can relate too well unfortunately. Been starting to go out with women again and it's always meeting up for a drink. I can stop at one but only because I don't want to embarrass myself in front of the ladies. And damn does drinking on a cut suck, I need those calories for food!
Great progress on the weight! Glad the stitches are out and you're keeping your strength up. Good call on waiting to DL, don't need any setbacks.

I think I'm going to leave the deadlifts out. Been using this cut to adjust my workouts as I go and try different exercises and come up with a routine that I'm going to stick to for bulking when I'm done. Couple more month of cutting should have me in a decent place to bulk from. Workout today was
Squats
Overhead press
Pull ups
Parallel dips
One leg calf raises
I'll be alternating this workout with
Squats
Bench
Rows
Chin ups
Leg curls

Went to gym a different time today and it was absolutely packed. People were queing for the power racks so I just did some dumbbell bench press and parallel dips and then come home and did chin ups and pull ups. Will be sticking to night time for gym from now on. I've put new pictures on today of my progress and would love some feedback
