Thanks everyone i had a decent weekend. Last weight i put up was a typo, ive edited it lol. I had a drink for the first time in about 2 year so i ended up going a bit over the top. Probably won't drink for another 2 year now lol.

Haha i was ill the next day, reminded me why i dont drink. Hand is doing alright thanks, stitches are out. Only exercise im reluctant to do for a few weeks is deadlift because of the grip but should be able to do everything else.

Haha can relate too well unfortunately. Been starting to go out with women again and it's always meeting up for a drink. I can stop at one but only because I don't want to embarrass myself in front of the ladies. And damn does drinking on a cut suck, I need those calories for food!

Great progress on the weight! Glad the stitches are out and you're keeping your strength up. Good call on waiting to DL, don't need any setbacks.

When I drink I can't just stop at 1 which is why I usually stay off it lol. I had a big binge the other night, went and got sweet and sour chicken from the Chinese which I treat as a mental break. Been back on track the last few days.

Yeh that's exactly it mate sustainability is the key. I'm posting my weight once a week from now on, on a Friday morning. Will still weigh myself everyday though.

Hands doing well thanks been doing pull ups fine, will be trying deadlifts on Monday. I've been enjoying weighted push ups followed by diamond push ups lately as a change from benching. Workout today

if your hand cant manage the deadlifts straps might be good for a while? I have been using them anyway to save grip strength for farmers carry.

I think I'm going to leave the deadlifts out. Been using this cut to adjust my workouts as I go and try different exercises and come up with a routine that I'm going to stick to for bulking when I'm done. Couple more month of cutting should have me in a decent place to bulk from. Workout today was
Squats
Overhead press
Pull ups
Parallel dips
One leg calf raises

I'll be alternating this workout with

Squats
Bench
Rows
Chin ups
Leg curls

Went to gym a different time today and it was absolutely packed. People were queing for the power racks so I just did some dumbbell bench press and parallel dips and then come home and did chin ups and pull ups. Will be sticking to night time for gym from now on. I've put new pictures on today of my progress and would love some feedback

Thank you. Hand is doing well. Did a home workout today which was squats with a wider stance that felt a lot more comfortable on my knees, overhead press, chin ups and diamond push ups
