Im currently on a maximum 2200 calories, aiming for about 150 protein, 70 fat and fill the rest in with carbs. I like alot of my carbs before my workout couple hours before. Some days I'll eat less protein more fat or vice versa but thats around my average. Just keep it simple. It is interesting mate, im looking forward to see your progress

Just realised that i put 35kg instead of 30kg for dumbell bench edited it now. Was obviously looking at the 75kg for my rows and put the 5 on the end but still 30 is decent. Im just slowly increasing my compounds but i do feel bench is more of a natural strongpoint for myself. Thanks mate. Looking to hit 13 stone next 6 weeks while still increasing lifts

Had an incident this morning. Went to withdraw money this morning from the cash machine and 2 drug addicts tried to get my card. I went to restrain one of them but then the other guy tried to get me from behind so i ended up fighting with him. He then pulled out a knife so i went to grab it and cut all of my hand. Police have took my jacket which is covered in blood. Some blood is mine and some is the guy i hit so they're hoping they can use it to find who they are

Thanks guys im alright, had to go get stitches. Got to keep them in for atleast a week. Im more angry than shook up. I got one of them though and had alot of their blood on me. Police say they've managed to get cctv aswell so by the sounds of it they should get them. As for working out, the cut is deep and i definitely cant grip until at least the stitches are out so I'll have to adapt my workouts. Will put a big emphasis on my legs for the next couple weeks and will try some machines for upper body til im healed. Main thing is my wife and kids weren't with me when it happened and that they never got a penny off me

Absolutely insane, glad you got a few good shots in on that fuker. Like you I'd be angry as all hell but good that you're seeing the positive, no wife and kids involved and no money stolen. Thieves that jump you like that are the lowest of the low. Hope you are able to grip that weight soon, keep your positive mindset and I have no doubt you'll make it through this challenging time stronger than ever.

Yeh they are the lowest of the low thanks mate. Im still going to gym tonight. Squats will still be fine to do. I'll do some chest press instead of bench and some kind of row machine. Still get a good workout but also conscious of not splitting the stitches.

Estimated calories yesterday about 2100
Will be dropping my calories to a maximun of 2000 now. Want to lose weight a bit quicker

Stitches come out a week on monday mate. Yeah im a sunderland fan. Unbelievable how far the club has fallen. Big club stuck in league 1 due to terrible ownership. Will be many years til we're back in the top flight. I'll not be going back til the club is sold as im unwilling to give money to the conmen in charge. Fans are very loyal to the club but many will not be going back also. Chairman payed for the club at a knocked down price using parachute money from our premier league days and hasnt put it back into the club like he said he would. It's supposed to be close to being sold but im not holding my breath. Instead of playing the likes of man utd and arsenal next season we'll yet again be hosting accrington stanley and fleetwood town in our 50,000 capacity stadium

Thanks kind people. Theyve got them both. One of them has been remanded. Im doing alot of core, legs and arms atm. Cant do any heavy back or chest work because gripping the weight would probably re open the wound. Ive been getting away with push ups though which im enjoying. Ive never really done machines but i tell you what some of them are decent. Ive got a workout tonight booked in for 8 and I'll be doing an early morning workout friday as im going away friday til sunday to blackpool with the wife so I'll not be tracking anything then but will still control calories and at a minimum be at maintenance. As for work they let me book in 2 weeks of holidays. Not really a chill out week as i have a 12 week old and a 2 year old lol but ive enjoyed it
