I remember when I first started miscin like a decade ago there were so many haters here criticizing her choice of weight lifting because she transformed from a 'soft' look to a very low bf%. If you've been following her lately she's shifted from strictly weight training to more functional workouts, geared towards athletes. I've been wanting to do the same for a year now. The barrier is that to do more functional, body weight type workouts you need a lot more equipment and space. It's pretty prohibitive for a home gym type setup and there really aren't that many mainstream gyms setup for it, at least in my area.

I've started watching a lot more of videos lately and been very motivated by them. She looks amazing.

FYI she has made her blood work test results public, on video, including hormone/test levels.

But putting that tired ol debate aside, just look at her workouts. IDGAF what supps she's on, she puts in the work. I respect how she doesn't try and minimize the effort she puts in...like we see when she's struggling with an exercise.

Can i give you some advice dude that frankly should be sticked.

Dont ever ask a natural if someone is on juice. That includes yourself. I have no idea if youve juiced. I have no idea if youve hung out with guys that have juiced. Ive hung out with a lot of juicers. If we asked 10 of the guys ive known if she juiced do you know what would happen?

Not one of them would say she didnt. All 10 of them.. guys that always tren hard, pass the test anavar give up.. all 10 of them would say she juices.

Doesnt mean she doesnt work her ass off. I mean **** Chyna had more muscle mass than most juiceheads ive met she worked her ass off too. But lets call a spade a spade. And frankly without nudes im not convinced she isnt falling prey to sides. Just my opinion ive never given her a physical.
