As a new trainer, I’d look at a cycle of foodbol, gymvar and restrol.

Gymvar & Restrol should be taken once a day MAX (twice a day when you become a bit more experienced in the gym) and foodbol is safe to be taken throughout the day on both workout and non-workout days.

Supps are a very, very small part of the equation. Consistancy, diet, rest and hard training in the gym are 98% of making progress

An increase in calories and a solid training program is whats most important when you're looking to add size. After you get situated and feel comfortable some creatine and a protein powder would also be beneficial

Good luck on your journey and feel free to hit me up anytime for training tips and or supplement concerns

If you are having trouble gaining weight you are not eating enough.
If you have trouble gaining muscle muscle you are not eating enough and possibly not lifting heavy enough.
