My mother and grandmother both died, and I haven’t been able to bring myself to train at all the last few days... not even simple low intensity quick sessions.
How can I bring myself to train? I don’t want to lose gains I worked years for. Thanks.

Thanks for the replies guys, I genuinely appreciate it.
I didn’t phrase myself correctly, it’s not that I’m worried about losing gains... I just had injuries lately so training has been frustratingly stop-start, and when my training routine gets broken up, I find it hard to get into a consistent routine again.... and that’s what I want to avoid happening.
