Looking for input. Just came off of a 25lb cut. So I'm at my weakest point, but am looking for a solid program. May consider myself an intermediate powerlifter/lifter as I got into powerlifting training over the past year. Did bodybuilding style of training for 5 years prior. No I didn't do any meets because I'm weak compared to most who compete. Anyway I'm looking for a solid program to run during my reverse diet/lean bulk phase. Done with traditional style of bulking. Really going to try to just maintain/slowly gain weight this year.
Random info that may be helpful:
Squat and deads are still weak due to just starting training them consistently 1 year and a half ago.
Previous best lifts at 178lbs were 286lb paused bench, 335 squat, and AMRAP (didn't 1RM) 305x9 on deadlift. Currently 155lbs.
Thanks.

Some good recent powerlifting programs and people in powerlifting are:
Barbell Medicine, The Bridge
Calgary Barbell
Greg Nuckols 28 Programs
Jonnie Candito
Juggernaut Training Systems
Reactive Training Systems
Any of those would work if you're bulking.Once upon a time (maxes 2020) ...
Squat 185, Bench 137, DL 205, @ bw 88.5 age 43
