It seems like preworkouts are all the same now with every ingredient being the same but is there a new supplement out there with a new ingredient like Teacrine or something similar? It seems other brands are all doing the same thing and there isn't much a variety.

Seems like the only thing companies are working on are ways to market different "phase release" of common ingredients. Don't know when we will see a new ingredient that passes FDA guidelines and actually does something.
