What would it be?
For me, it would be the calories. If it had zero calories I would consider drinking it.
Because of this, I am two months sober today.

lol at worrying about microscopic amount of calories in alchohol.
Alchohol shuts down muscle protein synthesis for like 24 hours. Meaning any training stimulus is pretty much meaningless. If anything you want the calories but not the supression of the MPS response since then you can both bulk and cut on it technically. Rather than neither due to it.Athletics > Aesthetics
I guess its time to start training again.
