Used car values are absolutely crazy right now and inventory is really low. I've been reading lots of anecdotes of people selling cars to Carvana/Vroom for thousands above their loans and lease buyouts. Get free quotes from these companies and you may be surprised at their offers. I doubt Carvana will survive due to constant overpaying for used vehicles but they're trying to grow market share as a startup. Their venture capital loss is your gain.
If you want to get out of a car right now to get something else or abandon your loan this might be a great time to do so. Of course this is very vehicle model/condition dependent and your experience may vary.

Just checked
They just offered me ~25% less than fair private sale for my car aye lmao....22k for a 28k car citing a $5k reduction due to location (there's a million people within 20mins of me, yeah right)
The gamestop of the auto industry...
Edit:
Just checked to see what my car sells for here on carvana.....$10k over what they quoted me for a lower tier with higher mileage

Sold Carvana my 17 Z71
Other dealerships in the area offered me 27-29k
They gave me 32k and sold it for just under 34k. A bit later my wife’s civic ended up getting some pretty decent hail damage. I went through their process and even with the hail damage they offered 6500, tack on the insurance check of 4K to fix the hail damage and it was more than I could get selling it outright for sure.
Another dealer offered us 3500 for it.
Don’t get me wrong, they’ve lowballed other vehicles but I can’t complain about the two times we’ve sold to them.Sloots Gon Sloot.

Try getting quotes from them, it's free and takes minutes. If they don't want your car they'll just lowball you.
Your quotes may even be higher than that. I swear pickups hold their values super well especially TRDs and Raptors. Pretty sure 2020 is the last year of this body style, why not wait for the new gen to come out?
