Wow man! Really AWESOME!!!
What a great thing to do with you son. I played team sports most of my life and through college. But the lessons of self reliance and drive really came out in me once I started training. There is something wonderful about it and I am sure it will benifit him in life as much as it does strength and power.

Wow, and i thought starting at 14/15 was early. If he gets the bug, he will be way ahead of most of us byt the time he reaches 35.

First off, major props to the young fella! Excellent job!
Sheer coincidence: I'm a content writer whose current task is an article about Olympic lifts. I think I will use this video as a guide in writing the sub-section about the clean and jerk. Lol.
