My first was ON Whey strawberry. 2005. I ordered in this site some fat burners in 2010(before my wedding lol).
Pre-workout supplements stims I enjoyed though. Makes the gym not a chore especially after a hard day's work.CHRISTMAS Forever Crew

I remember there was a time here where people would LOL on those who took regular multi vits and not Animal Pak. They said it is worth it despite the 12(?) large tablets a day.
What was that brand again with color as the names of their supplements?CHRISTMAS Forever Crew

The best thing I took was basically an OTC aromatase inhibitor called San Attitude, which helped me lose about 40 Lbs.
I know it helped because when I stopped I started losing my leanness pretty quickly.
Soon after they changed the formula, I tried it and it wasn't nearly as good so I gave up on it.The billionaire and the beggar both have 24 hours in a day.

Orange Triad... I couldn't try it because it uses shellfish as an ingredient and I'm allergic.
I think bcca's are the most useless supplement I spent a decent amount of money on.
I think creatine and protein are useful, so I'm not including those. Maybe paying double for casein instead of whey qualifies as a waste. Same with whey isolate instead of concentrate.I'm just a white guy from the future, I'm completely out of touch

Idk, I’ve taken various thermogenic but I wasn’t using them as I should IMO. I do think they can help, but aren’t necessary obv.
I’ve tried various other products marketed as speeding up fat loss, by and large I think those are a waste.
Never took fish oil long enough to notice the difference.
Now all I take is:
Thermo
Zero Carb Protein
Creatine
Pre Workout(when in the gym, not for home workouts, I’ll just have a Bang or Monster)Proof Angels exist: OzleyASMR

Yep. I remember when they would try to bring a rep to the supp section every few months and the dudes would get laughed off the board. Hydroxycut was pretty good when it had ephedra in it but it was obviously massively overpriced.
I'd say the biggest money wastes were any NO products, and any testosterone boosters in my early 20's. Can't really blame the company for those because I knew they'd do next to nothing given my age. There was also one that was supposed to "prioritize carbs to muscle growth" or some ****. Spent 80 bucks or so on that one and it did literally nothing.
