Changed My Diet Around A Bit
Do you guys think this is allright?i cut my fat down a bit and up my protein.....i weigh aorund 197 now from 205 and went down a pant size...havnt checked my body fat...but it was aorund 25% when i started
im about to get some fiber supplement powder tonight to raise it a bit
