Anyone tried Lyle McDonald's new diet yet? It's similar to a CKD, but structured differently and incorporates training principles of HST. I think it looks promising as it seems to really exploit each hormonal stage of the cycle.
I've followed a CKD plan for over a year now. This week I went back to a mixed diet, dropped my ECA stack, and spent the week relaxing away from the gym. I've read the book and made all my plans, I'm gonna jump into it starting Monday.
