    New to bodybuilding can anyone help me out thanks

    I weigh 215lbs how much protein do i need to be getting a day to build muscle im currently getting about 100gram a day been training for about 2 weeks doing full body workouts 3 times a week i have a little bit of belly fat that im trying to lose is it possible to lose that whilst im gaining muscle? Im naturally broad but need to lose my belly fat as well as gain muscle is that possible thanks for reading

    Someone might tell you 350. But probably 140-160 grams should be in the ball park.

    No. Pick one process and focus on that - get rid of the fat or build more muscle.

    Protein I would aim for around 180g.

    Be prepared to lose more weight that you might think... I've made the same mistake in the past - overestimating how much lean body mass I have and thinking I only have a few lbs to lose to look lean.

    In reality you might not have a lean body mass of more than 150lbs ... so the rest must be fat. Just trying to present a realistic outlook, not trying to put you off.

    This dude is untrained and overweight (probably obese). If he works out in a calorie deficit he will certainly lose fat and put on muscle.
