    Male 16 5,10 can you guys give me some advice on my workout routine

    Hey guys I’ve been doing this workout routine for a while and just wanted to see what you guys thought of it and if you guys could give me any tips.

    I usually do 5 sets of 10 reps of everything other than on pull day for pull ups I do 6-8 reps and I rest between 1:30 and 2 mins depending on what exercises .

    Monday push 1
    Tuesday pull
    Wednesday legs
    Thursday push 2
    Friday pull
    Saturday legs

    Push day 1
    Bench press
    Cable fly
    Archer push ups

    Pseudo Planch push ups
    Rope cable push downs superset

    Military press
    Front plate raises
    Lateral raises

    Push day 2
    Bench press
    Incline bench press

    Archer push ups super set with dumbbell extension

    Pseudo planche push ups super set with front plate raises

    Tricep extensions
    Dumbell shoulder press


    Pull day
    Pulls ups
    Wide grip pulls up
    Close grip pull ups
    Bicep curls
    Hammer curls
    Inverted rows
    Lat pull down downs
