can confirm that it has ended. it received very mixed reactions. the way i observe it, its like 60% didnt like the ending and 40% had positive reaction to it.

It was to the point that there was even a group of fans that made an alternate ending to it.

I personally liked the ending and everything made sense to me, although I agree that it felt quite rushed because the author put the conclusion of the story in one chapter, I think if it had been two chapters, it would have been received better.

I thought the 139 ending was fine. Not ideal but I was ok with it considering how chitty most anime/manga/light novels endings are. Japanese writers tend to be excellent world builders who struggle to write a decent conclusion

Those 9 extra pages though... When I read the leaks I was 1000% sure it was a troll job and a hilarious one at that. Hit all the right buttons to piss off a certain group of people. No way could that be the epilogue. I was so very wrong the mad lad actually did it

Zeke and Eren have plan to make it where Eldians can't have kids. During the War for Paradise Eren gets his head blown off and the last second he touches Zeke and they are both sent to paths. Eren reveals to Zeke while in paths that he actually just wants to destroy the rest of the world instead of following the plan. Zeke is actually the one in control though so he shows Eren a bunch of memories to try and change his mind. At some point Ymir (the original one) decides to give Eren the founder's power after he hugged her and told her she isn't a slave. Eren starts rumbling the world. The Alliance decides to stop him at all costs, even if they must kill him. Battle ensues. Eren and Armin are in paths looking at past memories and Eren tells Armin that he's the reason his own mom got eaten and that he did it because he wanted everything to go down the way it did.
They then talk about Mikasa and Eren tells Armin that he loved her and that he doesn't want her to find anyone else and he's crying in the panel (this is the panel where all the crying Eren memes come from). Alliance wins when Mikasa winds up in Eren's titan mouth and sees his real head. He looks real sad at her, she chops his head off and then she picks up the head and full on tongue kisses it ded fukn srslol. After that they kill some kind of centipede which is where the titan power comes from and then they can no longer turn into titans. Armin then decides that they must reconcile with the 20% of the world that remains since Eren destroyed the rest. It shows Mikasa going to a grave with 2 kids and a guy (99% sure its Jean) and a bird (99% sure its supposed to be Eren) comes and steals her scarf. They fast forward 10 years and the 20% who survived destroyed the island so Eren was right all along, he lost the war and then he gets cucked by Jean. Personally I'm hoping for an anime original ending

Wait what, I didn't know that that Iseyama added additional pages to the ending of AOT.

The original ending that I read didn't contain those additional pages, and I liked the original ending, it all made sense to me.

Lmao, it feels like Iseyama said 'fuk it' and threw in those additional pages as a middle finger to those who hated the original ending.

After reading those extra pages I got the feeling that its either he's trolling those who hated the original ending (I think it was indeed rude for some people to have made an alternate ending and it received quite a lot of advertising too), or some corporate chit he's working for is like forcing him to milk AOT more and do a sequel.

the hidden ability of the attack titan is the ability to see the future, not just past titan memories like other titan holders, so eren has been a) seeing the future, b) manipulating past attack titan holders using this ability by showing them only parts of the future

Like how to prevent people from just simply stealing your work and taking credit for the story if you're anonymous online? Does anyone know if these toy shops go on sale from time to time like how it is for gaming stores like Steam or Epic? I think I'll get this Roxy figure if it goes on sale for about 30%.

All else you can do is wait and see how the aftermarket treats it, and that's a gamble. Some figures only ever go up in price, whereas others drop like a rock - although you can assume that popular characters will keep their price.

seems like the robes are detachable yeah look at the 2nd pic and there's even a bonus (blushing) face lol so its probably really like the one made by Rudi

didn't know that, is it something that can be read from the novel instead? i tried Mushoku's manga and i'm not a fan of it, the author focused more on comedic-cutesy tone rather than drama so the manga feels like a completely different animal from the novels and the anime.

speaking of novels, I'm on volume 5 now. the level of detail is amazing and even though its a fantasy world it feels so real. like they really have to worry about skinning the monsters they kill, storage, the money problems are real lol and even washing of clothes

I posted my story on royalroad and found a publisher + went very high in rankings with being #1 on the front page for about a month. Depends on what you're writing whether you'll get traction. Mine wasn't the typical litrpg or cultivation story but (no ego) I am an excellent writer and have read a ton on the art of writing. Won't dox myself though. Do some review trades, post consistently every few days max. Have a decent amount written already so you can post daily or other every day chapters. Also very important that you're actually a half-decent writer, but you can still get traction this way as long as you aren't producing garbage.
