    Reunited.

For some reason I stopped dead lifting for about 8 months, but I'm back. This movement is just the total package when it comes to a full body exercise. I'm back only 3 weeks and tried to give 300lbs a whirl, how's the form? I do feel rusty.

Glad you're back at it! How did it feel after that eight-month hiatus?

I felt weaker without deadlifts. My lifts have all gotten better since I started deadlifting again.

Great to know. Deadlifts are one of the best compound movements around. Keep killin' it at the gym!
