Game is f*cking awesome so far. Best way I can describe it is a BETTER RDR2 with samurais, swords, and fast & better gameplay.
Story is meh. Not bad, but not great, but the characters and voice acting IS great. Extremely fun and fast paced game with, IMO, the perfect combination of realism and "fakism". I HATED in RDR2 when you had to wait to skin animals and how you couldn't fast travel.
Graphics are also amazing. This game would be GORGEOUS on a decked out PC at max settings. My PS4 is an airplane engine running it tho lol.
Also so much sh!t to do in the game. I love it. Def worth a buy IMO.

So is this actually an open world game?
I thought it was more like a God of war linear deal?
If it's open world I'm inSurvival. When the jungle tears itself down and builds itself into something new. Guys like you and me, we end up dead. Doesn’t really mean anything. Or, if we happen to live through it, well that doesn’t mean anything either.

It is open world, you can ignore the main storyline and do the side quests and get search for items that help you progress the character's techniques etc..
The game will force you to keep going with the main storyline up to a point in order to unlock the other side quests though.
Don't expect the level of depth of Skyrim as far as open world though.
I've read that if you keep doing the side quests instead of the main story that your character becomes overpowered and makes the game super easy. I've found the game to be on the easy side and I haven't really done a lot of the side quests.*** Extreme OCD crew *** (brb bench press not parallel to the ceiling beams)

I mean thats basically every rpg.
This map is so freaking huge too. Havent even explored half of the southern portion in act 1 and im feeling kinda overpowered. The few boss fights ive had ive absolutely smoked them. Have to say the art style when you fight the tengu warrior was beautiful.
This is easily a 10/10 game for me so far (about 8-9 hours in). Right up there with witcher, rdr2, and god of war as the best games for this gen| ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄|

The first bow/arrow mission in Fort Nakayama was fun I thought. I liked how you can hit things in the environment to affect enemies.

Seems like most of the negative reviews are just saying "It's good but doesn't do anything different."
Uh, if that's what equals better scores then any racing game is trash I guess. I don't expect every game to come up with some groundbreaking new thing. If it's a solid experience of what it claims to be, then rate it appropriately.Being anti-2nd Amendment is like saying "We have too many rights, please take some away!"

Lol yeah man. Sucks angus, I do have a ps4 pro but it's uncomfortable at 30. I saw they had a performance mode option and was genuinely curious if Ghost had a 60fps/1080p mode (like Last of Us 1).
Horizon on PC is going to be epic... (even though I beat it years ago). Nioh 2 is another one I have to wait for
Hope PS5 makes 60 fps standard, it'll be an insta-buy if so.
