Donald Trump pandering to miscers in yet another gem
All it takes is Mookie Betts, Steph Curry, and Joe Burrow all sitting in the same car in order for one drunk driver to make the world a significantly better place.

It would be great if Trump actually read the terms of secession for each state, to understand what the confederate flag and the civil war were really all about. But we all know he doesn't read.
Some of the more salient quotes here:
Texas abandoned her separate national existence and consented to become one of the Confederated States to promote her welfare, insure domestic tranquility [sic] and secure more substantially the blessings of peace and liberty to her people. She was received into the confederacy with her own constitution, under the guarantee of the federal constitution and the compact of annexation, that she should enjoy these blessings. She was received as a commonwealth holding, maintaining and protecting the institution known as negro slavery--the servitude of the African to the white race within her limits--a relation that had existed from the first settlement of her wilderness by the white race, and which her people intended should exist in all future time. Her institutions and geographical position established the strongest ties between her and other slave-holding States of the confederacy. Those ties have been strengthened by association. But what has been the course of the government of the United States, and of the people and authorities of the non-slave-holding States, since our connection with them?We hold as undeniable truths that the governments of the various States, and of the confederacy itself, were established exclusively by the white race, for themselves and their posterity; that the African race had no agency in their establishment; that they were rightfully held and regarded as an inferior and dependent race, and in that condition only could their existence in this country be rendered beneficial or tolerable.
That in this free government all white men are and of right ought to be entitled to equal civil and political rights; that the servitude of the African race, as existing in these States, is mutually beneficial to both bond and free, and is abundantly authorized and justified by the experience of mankind, and the revealed will of the Almighty Creator, as recognized by all Christian nations; while the destruction of the existing relations between the two races, as advocated by our sectional enemies, would bring inevitable calamities upon both and desolation upon the fifteen slave-holding States.
lmfao limpdik scheal negged me for this because he knows I'm right. Hey scheal, instead of telling me to get out of MY country, why don't you stop defending traitors and acting like a mere 4 year venture where you guys fell under the spell of racists is your heritage.Last edited by degenmaxxer; 07-14-2020 at 04:45 PM.

How is he wrong? Most people who wave the confederate flag view it as a symbol of southern pride or being a rebel. You can agree with it or not but that’s how most of them feel about it.
Likewise, when someone says “black lives matter”, most people think about the message of anti-racism. Where in reality it’s an anti-family organization ran by “trained marxists”.Horny.

And most people are wrong because the terms of secession are very clear as you can see in my post above. Furthermore, it's ridiculous to consider an organization that lasted a mere 4 years your heritage. It is also even dumber when you realize this iteration of the confederate flag was a niche battle flag and was instead made popular by the KKK in the 1920's. The original banner of the confederacy was different. All of this means that to defend what we call the confederate flag today is at best retarded and at worse straight up racist. Seinfeld is more a part of your heritage than the confederate flag. Fuking iphones are more a part of your heritage than the confederate flag. 4 fuking years lmfao.
