Is Summer the WOAT season?

I could be bias because it peaks to 110F where I live but I hate it.

- brb constantly hot
- brb can't layer clothes
- brb angry due to heat

Also most outdoor activities have to be water based. Personally not for me. I can do the pool for an hour and a half or so but after that I'm like whatever. Too much sun which will cause premature aging, also drinking in the sun just causes me to get headaches. **** that.

I have lived and worked (wearing a suit) in places where it gets over 110F in the shade. I can vacation in really hot places like that, but working in them is just unbearable. And in one of these places my gym didn't have AC - I was dripping sweat after a warm-up, heart rate off the charts...

No idea why people praise places like Florida for retirement (aside from the tax status) - I'd much prefer to retire in a place that is around 80F at most in the summer, and in the evenings drops down to a cool temperature so I can just sleep with the windows open.

winter here is best for sure. it never really gets cold. "cold" is like 50 F. its usually like 70 most days

Summer is the only time of year I like. The rest of the year is bleak and depressing. Fall everything dies and it's cold, winter the sun almost never comes out and it's freezing, and spring just feels like a continuation of winter.

I've lived in Florida and Arizona, and I'd happily move back to either one.
