Yes, Germany lost in Stalingrad, but then it is not all their forces who went to Russia. They lost in Battle of the Bulge, but it is an allied effort to beat them.
How about 1 on 1. Could USA have beaten them?
France which got a superior army fell to the Germans(mainly cuz France were arrogant and thus, got surprised).

Germany was unstoppable if it hadn't been for the International Clique funding the other sides with more money. On a purely one on one war, Germany had the strongest military overall with the exception to their navy.
lol @ Americans claiming "muh atomic bombs". Germany started their nuclear weapons program as early as 1938 (four years before the Manhattan Project that began in 1942) but it was halted when Poland baited Germany (in September 1939) into invading to trigger a World War.

Not even close to it. their best shot to get a nuke first was not to drive out all the Jewish brain power / scientists from their country.
With that, and not provoking Russia, was their only chance to victory. Tactically or in terms of manpower Germany was ****ed from the start. The only way they win is with atomic weapons

Probably none srs.
Maybe Russia.
I think the georaphical positions would have created a stalemate between the US. But no chance of the USA successfully invading Germany alone.
People forget that Germany had the finest military in the world. It wasn't even close. Srs. Post the invention of nuclear weapons the USA would have rekt them though obviously.
Imagine all that extra attention the Germans could have given towards missile development. They basically ditched their neclear programme to develop missiles, which were way superior to anything the allies had.Last edited by MattBro95; 07-14-2020 at 11:44 AM.

Only the US and Japan had the technology and numbers to take on the Germans.
I'm not even sure who would have won as it depends on where the war takes place."The manlet is a savage beast that knows no moral bound. After falling in disgrace to a manmore, a ravaged manlet would not hesitate to come from behind and land a sucker punch/ swing with a rock to the back of a manmore's head. They are ruthless and you need to spend some more time in the gutter to even begin trying to comprehend what goes on in their minds."

what do you mean by "international clique" and lol at believeing that Germany invaded Poland because of bait. Lmao Antisemitic loon spotted
To answer ops question not a single nation could have defeated Germany by itself. They had the best military in the world by far. Maybe Russia could have won on a war of attrition because of it's sheer size but It would have been devastating. America had no chance so it's either the soviets or nobody

I read the OP. Russia could take Germany 1 on 1, and essentially did. If you knew anything about WW2, you'd know the US role in defeating Germany was actually not that huge. We were important in defeating Italy, and helping free France. We certainly played a role, but Germany would have fallen to Russia either way, and it was Russia that took Berlin.

If you knew anything about the Soviet Union, you would know that they lost a war against Finland in 1940 in three months.
