Hi- I'm looking for suggestions for breakfast items for breakfast. I usually don't eat till after 10am. I can barely have dairy (that includes NO YOGURT) & I currently my body isn't used to high fiber. Thanks for any input. :0)

I've read another post from you. I stayed quiet because people gave you serious tips.
I you want a hardcore solution, watch carbaddictiondoc. He is a medical doctor, specialist in bariatric surgery. But, he also has a real doctorate in this area, and is making huge efforts to convice people like you AND ME, to treat carbs as an addiction.
His channel is https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCk4...jSYBa1VKv9-chA
Try to follow his videos from the beginning.
Take care because your level of addiction is stronger than mine and it is a good idea to have a professional following your progress.
On-topic: my breakfast is zero food. I used to cheat at night, so I fast during the morning, but exactly at the time I used to have binge eatings, I schedule my heaviest meal, giving me my expected numbers at the end of the day.
Good luck!

Good on you for giving advice, but this can be dangerous for some people. I went through a period of eating very little during the day to compensate for my night time overeating, and it eventually turned into me making myself feel miserable alllllll day long so I could pig out at night. Not saying this is you or is a problem for you, but you might want to put a disclaimer on that.

I would say an omelette but since no dairy, I would do eggs and style and some bacon. Could also do a frittata with spinach and mushrooms. “High fiber” is subjective so add whatever veggies that is below the fiber you can handle.

Yup yup.
I just tend to be careful when giving advice that can be restricting to people who already have a problem with controlling their relationship to food. They need to be leaning towards more of the "normal" style of eating (being in tuned with hunger signals, cravings vs. hunger, etc.) instead of windows that may or may not be restricting to them, and may lead them to binge even more.
Now, for people who have no issues around food, I agree completely. Whatever strategy best fits what's your after and makes you perform and feel great.Life is constant learning. Give advice about things you know. Ask questions about things you don't.
