Most of Antifa operates openly and think that because they aren't cracked down on directly that they aren't being targeted. One skill of being an investigator is to keep your subject unaware that they are being investigated. Often they use the smaller fish to lead them to the bigger fish. Often when they do go for who they feel is worth going after, they keep it really quiet so as to not scare the other fish.
