I am seeing small signs of recovery.. SPACs below $10 are trading a bit above $10 now, portfolio is slightly up. Still a long way to go.

Meaning, I'm down $700 for the day instead of $2k lmao

Cashed out the ftoc ccs for March and April 12.5s for like $15/each from $90 each. Gotta see some rebound eventually so went ahead and bought some April 12.5 calls for $25/each lmao. I think they should at least double as we bounce.

Gonna find more calls to buy for April. Only buying legit companies or big name preDA so let me know if any of your positions are well priced and I might hop in.

I bought $15C for 0.45/contract, wish I got it for 0.30

Bought ALTU 4/16 12.5C for 0.50 per contract. I noticed that out of all the SPACs I own, ALTU was trading at something like $13 before this ordeal and it, along with IPOF, was the only one that didn't break below NAV. Compared to IPOF it held up even better considering IPOF dropped from something like $16 to $11 vs $13 to $10 for ALTU so I have a feeling this is a good play

I think when I posted those call prices warrants were around $2.50 which IMO is hnnnnnnnng for IPOF. When I looked at my account at noon I was down exactly 100Kusd on my warrants lmao. Rebounded nicely since then.

On another note, I'm curious as to why the market is showing signs of recovery. Can only speak for SPACs, but if there's no news driving it, I feel weary for what comes Monday if there's no stimulus

Well I sold covered calls for my entire CCIV holding for next week at $24. I’m done with it. Makes me angry I didn’t or couldn’t get out when I wanted to, but at the very least I’ve already made $16k just on covered calls. 30% ROI isn’t bad. Just not as good as the 110% I had previously lol

Have you tried to book a campground in Colorado yet? There’s nothing left for this summer ALREADY. gas prices gonna wreck everyone. I’ve got 5% of my port in oil and im considering doubling that.

Well, it wasn't news but I think CCIV is one factor, but the other thing is the short squeezes recently.

As for things picking up in summer, I'm not sure that's a good thing because fewer people will be using their discretionary income to invest; more people will be spending that money in the economy. I guess you could theorize that the added revenue from the increased spending will reflect nicely in many company's earnings and subsequent share price but if they're already overvalued I'm not sure that even matters at this point tbh.. ehh who knows. Mental masturbation at this point

I do think that industries such as O/G and recreation such as cruise lines will pick up based on what's coming though. Don't think people will be willing to give up another summer staying inside to save grandma

Yea buddy, looks like we got in at the same timeish, had a 64k buy order at 2.60 at 12:12 (ET) with a little more than 49k of it being filled. A little disappointed it didn't drop further, would've liquidated my whole cciv.ws bag for more.

Got about 2500 shares each of both IPOD and IPOF averaging around 3.85 after averaging down today. IPOD first thing in my SPAC port to be back in the green now other than PTSH which I bought as units at release.

Am I out of line saying that based on price action the last week PSTH and IPOF are the strongest spac plays to enter? Both stayed away from nav while almost everything else hit or went under and both are still trading at +20% of NAV even after that 2 week disaster.

Their battery, engine and aerodynamics tech are all first class. Annoys me that they bumped production until 2nd half of 2021. Also hurts them that the Plaid+ upgraded so heavily while maintaining a lower price point. Hard to say there's much meat on the bone right now at nearly a 40B market cap and only 3K production projection for 2021.

PSTH dropped to $23 today. Had I saw this I probably would have bought $25 calls. Both seem ripe to push us back towards SPAC mania again.
