Wow , SBE warrants up 65% today. It probably wont hold but still. I think if LCA announces soon before any type of market downturn it should absolutely rip. Almost got warrants at 4.42 today, too bad. LCA has announced they are expanding to Illinois for online gambling soon. I think if LCA announces a merge date this year while there is positive spac sentiment we could see 6.5+ on the warrants.

As long as it merges it should pump.

Good move on SBE I'd expect it to retrace a bit and then likely sell off into the mid teens at merger (if every spac except nikola is any indication)

Interesting, Ill have to take a look at them over the weekend. I'm still waiting for the prediagnostic toilet, which can tell you if you have early stages of cancer/other diseases. Apparently they are working on it at Stanford University as we speak.

my SPAC account seems to finally be turning around

GMHI/GMHIW mooned pretty good today, sold all it off for about a 15% profit

TRNE up 7% today, and LCA has been doin good recently too.

after selling of my Q3 SPACs and cashing out a bunch I had about 125k in that account. Within the last month when market had a lot of red days it was down to like 89k, but I just stopped checking daily and decided to have diamond hands. Now back up to 108k.

Holding TRNE until it hopefully turns a profit (currently down about 5%), LCA until merger announcement (pls hurry the fuk up for god's sake it's been forever) and PSTH until a merger announcement (not in any rush for this one, haven't been in the red on this at all at any point).

Personally not a fan unless you're planning on swinging it. Online casino that only supports NJ residents right now on the feet of positive vaccine data that'll likely open casinos up faster than expected.

Right now, without an agreement confirmation, $THCB has barely popped yet, shares and warrants are still cheap. There is virtually 0 downside risk, THCB shares are currently at $10.44, like most SPACs, you can redeem shares to $10 cash if it fails through, which is unlikely to happen.



So what is Microvast?

TLDR: EV Battery Maker based in Texas, business focuses in Asia (China market is $$). One of the best EV battery techs right now. Already has 100M revenue this year.

It makes EV batteries based on Lithium Titanium Oxide (LTO) chemistry. Microvast's batteries have longer life, shorter charging times, and offer substantial lower cost of ownership by eliminating swapping station infrastructures required by buses running on LFP batteries.

Their batteries powered the electric buses used in the 2018 Winter Olympic Games, it expects to generate more than $100 million in revenue this financial year. Most other EV companies don't even have revenue yet. THCB has a Return On Equity of 48.48%. This is amongst the best returns in the industry. The industry average is 11.30%. THCB outperforms 85% of its industry peers.

If you missed out on CIIC train, this will be the next hype play. I don't expect it to have big jumps in the next few days, but the merger agreement with Microvast should come out within the next 2 weeks. Get in early before it comes out and jumps up 50%. Shares and warrants are both cheap as **** right now. Once merger is announced, THCB will easily go to ~$20 range.

Seems like a main concern was possible redemption instead of an extension but with the commons over 11 now redemption shouldn't be a problem.
