I’m in pretty deep SNPR as well. I didn’t expect it to bleed like it has and was hoping it was a solid savings account till elections was over. Add in the split and life is good. Ohh well, long term it will be fine but wish I was way deeper in SBE and SBEWS right now.

I'm not letting SBE fuk me in the ass like that again. If its up in decent in the AM, I'm selling that chit. What a bunch of crap. I also just spend 3 fuking hours at the truck dealer for a oil change so not in a good mood. Only reason I go there is because I got suckered into their lifetime oil changes for $500. Fukers furloughed half their service guys and are not taking appointments.

Chit, what’s the date? I’ve read 4th quarter but haven’t seen a solid day.

Thanks brah, I need to dump the warrants by then for sure. I’m not in a margin account and don’t want to have to free up that cash to convert them.

You can hold them past merger without having to exercise but every spac since nikola has dumped hard on merger so I'd probably get out on that fact alone and then buy in later if chargepoint is something you're interested in.

SNPR crew, one week until split day. What are we doing? I'm hoping for a little pump in the common so I can sell and keep the warrants for free.

My first thought is to sell half my common once I break even. Surprising it’s dropped like it has. Keep the other half and free warrants. See if they can get a merger done maybe. Or sell all common and get in another Spac U if there is another decent one for more free warrants.

I guess, I'm out of it now. I took profits up to that $17.50 ish range and just sold the last remaining for small profit. I'm not riding it into the dirt. I like their story so might buy back in if the dip gets really juicy.

    What to buy now.

Yeah they're definitely a solid company just have to be heartless in spac world or you lose your shirt clinging to one. I really liked Velodyne and left alot on the table holding too long but at some point you have to take profits.

    Perfect, I'm good with either.

Reminder for SNPR crew. You can split your units tomorrow officially, units won't split automatically you'll need to call your broker to have it done.

Apparently questrade splits automatically but it can take up to 10 business days. They said they'd waive trading fees if I wanted to trade the theoretical split units but ill just wait until its split in my account so that I can keep track of my cost basis

SNPR crew, a Biden win probably bodes well for us as they've stated in their SEC filings that they're looking for a merger in the "decarboning" industry.
