Dumb question, but any risk buying in right after DA? Like during the initial rush when there’s halts and whatnot. I’m curious if there will be mass profit taking on the way up

Of course there’s risk lol. One could even argue the DA announcement is baked in to the current price. Hope that’s not the case though.

More than people probably expect tbh. But lots of people saying they'll buy when DA comes out. institutional won't touch at least till DA many won't till merge.

This is probably a stock you'd be safe holding until merge.



EDIT: real talk though. Boyos what are your selling points going to be once DA is announced? Let's pretend we are all holding 1,000 shares. When are you planning on selling and how much? Looking at you Heaney and Harry.

If/when merger happens my TP will be 1/10th of TSLA’s cap. I want go get out pretty quick because I think EVs will cool off soon

Probably sell half at 32 and let the rest ride if it looks promising. Around 32 for me is a 250K CAD net gain on my position so thats kinda been my benchmark. Really all depends on how the market reacts though.

Selling half if we can get to 25. Would be playing with house money after that. Might do that option play that Rob was talking about in the other thread.

it can happen, but infrequent. Notice there were 3 LOI/DA announcements today and there probably won't be more today.

Shares will bleed when retail gets on and starts selling.
