I've seen 2 different dates for their split im not sure what is accurate. I've seen Nov 27th-ish and Nov 13th-ish.

Apparently questrade splits automatically but it can take up to 10 business days. They said they'd waive trading fees if I wanted to trade the theoretical split units but ill just wait until its split in my account so that I can keep track of my cost basis

I just got an email from questrade stating that they're still waiting for instruction from Tortoise so I'm sure that's what you're seeing as well.

FST has been fluctuating between 76 and 85 cents recently. I wouldnt worry about it too much. If they announce anyone decent it should rip into at least the 1s.

Likely going to buy some SNPR.WS tomorrow. Can't imagine we don't atleast see 4s on these within the next 6 months

Klein spacs have been complete dogshiet but CCIV warrants are currently trading at $1 and its his largest SPAC yet. Assuming the direct TV rumors aren't true, this seems like a pretty low risk buy right now that'll pump on any news not DTV related.

SBE shaking and baking. The spac outside of SBE and FST I'm in and like is SFT - Shift Technologies, the shares in particular. It's similar company to Carvana and Vroom and it's trading at an all time low right now. I did a valuation and think that the fair value of the stock is between $14-15. Right now its hovering in the $8-$9 range. 5 analysts just started covering it now and give it a strong buy and an avg pt of $17. It still has to prove itself but I think the upside is definitely there.

Sold most of my shares and bought 4K warrants. In hindsight buying units wasn't worth the wait for me but cest la vie

SFT had largest quarter revenue growth in its history and is poised to exceed that next quarter. Pretty pleased with how it has done in the last week.

Nice, not too many great spac options right now. Lmao, SFT strong backfire, tanked today after a Wedbush $7pt even though the other 4 analysts have it at $15-20. Lot of shenanigans going on with the stock between company trying to purchase the warrants and shorting before this. Right now its marketcap is basically trading near or below its forecasted revenue. I bought more shares today.

Yeah for active spacs right now its pretty slim pickins. I'm hoping this doesn't backfire on me but I really wanted to load up around 2 and sub 2 for the first pop. SBE is really the only spac with a target that I'm bullish on right now.

I think SNPR, LEAP and QELL will be the next "big 3" of their time frames.

FIII (the 3rd forum merger spac- last being FMCI) rumored to announced some EV company today I've never heard of and popped off like 15% immediately. Truly is a game of getting into these spacs early and just selling on DA news.

PSTH is moving up pretty good too. I'm up like 12% on what I bought quite awhile ago. Not sure if he's got a target in mind or if its because some big $$$ groups have shares on their books.

Rumblings are that there might be an announcement soon. I thought about buying in yesterday let's see if I regret it or not.
