Cool Deadlifting with t rex arms

    Hey so I’m 16 I weigh 68kg and I’ve been training for 2 years.

I need help regarding my deadlift, i have t rex arms which allow me to bench 103 kg and short legs which puts my squat at 140 kg for 3 reps.

The thing is my deadlify is extremely weak, i can deadlift 140 conventional for 3 reps and with sumo i can do 160 for 1 without my form breaking up. When i do conventional my back is basically parallel to the ground and when doing sumo and conventional i lock out at my waist.

I have checked my form and nothing is wrong with it, i even asked on forums and everyone says i have good form so I don’t know what to do, should i do block pulls conventional or trap bar since im not looking to compete in powerlifting.

Your anatomy is your anatomy so your "perfect ratio" is going to be different than someone else's. Just keep working hard.
I can tell time. Time cannot tell me.

Formerly LactoseTolerant. I'm not very imaginative.

I love sumo. Feels waaay more natural to me, and the first time I tried it I lifted my max conventional weight. I have shorter limbs also, yet somehow still struggle with squats

But I mean everyone is different. If you pull sumo to get those big numbers, make sure to keep doing a conventional style hip hinge like Romanian deadlift on another day. Sumo and even conventional deadlift don't work any muscles through full range, so it's good to keep a full range push (squat) and full range hip hinge (RDL). Also I'd recommend adding at least one abduction, such as banded sideways walks. They're boring as hell, but you don't really get good abduction work on the main compounds.
