PPL vs Arnold Split vs Chest & Tris, Back & Bis, Legs & Shoulders?

Sorry for the formatting on the last part.

To anyone who does split workouts, which of the following do you have a preference for? I enjoy doing splits and am seeing consistent gains on my PPL routine (doing the Reddit PPL) though I am starting to look into the latter two splits in order to spice things up. I do genuinely enjoy PPL though I have trouble doing shoulder exercises after heaving benching.

I enjoy and seem to make the most progress on PPL's 6 day a week. The enjoyment could lend itself to the progress though. For progression, any would work if designed properly, but I always enjoy a good PPL program.

I prefer PPL but the difference between the 3 will be minimal unless you change volume and/or intensity.

I like PPLrULr. Work was interfering with my PPL on Tu Wed Th, so now I do FB on Tu and Th and UL on Sat and Sun. The total volume (sets, reps, pounds) of working sets for the 2 FB days is the same volume as the 3 days of PPL. This doesn't include warm ups.

I'd stick with your current PPL if you really are seeing consistent gains. If you need to spice things up, I suggest switching up your PPL a little.

But if you do the other two intelligently you can make gains on those too. Half day on legs for the last split doesn't sound great though.

I like the Arnold split. Back and chest supersets feel great! I switch off between that and bro split
