    Stairclimbing: Overrated workout?

    So I've been running/walking up a 30 floor building 4 times a day everyday (Sometimes doing it twice a day) then going for an hour walk to cool off. I'd run up to the 15th floor than walk up the rest. I've been doing this on and off for months and here are the results:
    - Still can't hold a plank for more than 20 seconds
    - Agitating lower back pain
    - Numb arms and upper body
    - Chubby calves, weak core/quads
    So for anybody trying to get into fitness: Skip the stairs bro, the effort isn't really worth the few benefits you gain. You're better off doing running and weightlifting.

    TIL that climbing stairs doesn't help improve planking....who would of guessed it. Good thing we get planking tutorials posted weekly.

    It was a spammer trying to direct traffic to some click counting website.
